Some old crumpled papers
And a marigold wrapper
Lounging on the floor
Laughing at him
He wondered at their derisive acts
Squinting his eyes
Wanting answers

After an intense reflection
With all due vigour
His rationality could put to use
Ushered in the conclusion
Of the similarity of the state
Between the after used stuffs and him
What he did to them
Time did to him
